Milk and milk products-Sour cream, yogurt.

Eggs- Jumbo brown eggs ( bigger eggs are better for baking)

Fish- Cod pieces, shrimp (frozen)

Vegetables- Cauliflower, red onion, in season vegetables, cucumber, potato

Fruits- In season fruits, bananas.

Frozen vegetables- Artichoke, broccoli, cauliflower meal, shredded hash brown, beans, Haricot verts and spinach

Frozen fruits- Strawberry, blueberry.

Pizza

Chocolate and chocolate chips

Ice cream

Chips

Pasta- Rice pasta, wheat pasta

I also get toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo and toothpaste from them.

I love Traders Joe’s puff pastry but it’s a seasonal item and I stock up on them as treats to be enjoyed later .

And lastly, I like their greeting cards and flowers.

Why do I shop from Trader Joe’s?

I rarely use coupons for grocery and Trader Joe’s has the best prices on many items that I buy regularly. I love the quality of their items, their processed foods have fewer ingredients. I enjoy that Trader Joe’s have limited variety on items which makes shopping a breeze. Fewer options on items also mean fewer isles to peruse i.e less time and energy spent for grocery shopping.

Where do you like to do your grocery and why do you like them?
